I am in my late 50's, still very sports active, and now retired. I met with Dr. William Burden, Joan Pleat, RN, and his staff at Destin Plastic Surgery. I explained to Dr. Burden that I was not wanting to look younger, but to feel better about myself. My breasts were very large and saggy, it was very difficult to buy clothes. Dr. Burden suggested that I have breast reduction and liposuction of my upper back. I had the surgery with no complications what so ever! Joan has kept in contact with me, and answered any questions that I
