Your results look great!
What kind of massing and stretching were you supposed to do? I was told not to do anything ? I have one Breast that has never dropped . I am just over 3 months and very disappointed.
There were 3 massages. One where you squeeze them in and together, one where you grab them and squeeze repeatedly for a few minutes, and one where you push them down. The stretches involved raising arms above the head and stretching out the arm pit where the insertion site is. I was very adamant about doing my exercises. Have you followed up with your surgeon?
I followed up 1 week and then at 1 month and he doesn't see me again until the 4 month mark, which is in 2 weeks . i have a bad feeling about it , that is has settled right where it's going to be and I'll have to have surgery again to correct it. Both if yours seemed to progress at the same rate , according to your photos you posted.

Dr. Burden and his staff at Destin plastic surgery...
Dr. Burden and his staff at Destin plastic surgery were amazing! I was nervous about the IV and an additional nurse came over and held my hand and talked to me to distract me while my IV was placed. I had a rough recovery but the staff did everything possible to help out my pain and nausea which was resolved prior to my transport home. Joan, Dr. Burden's nurse is always available to chat with whenever there is a question or concern. My implants are dropping well and are shaping up amazingly! I was worried at first with how high they were immediately after surgery but even at 2 months out I have seen a huge change! Only regret is not doing it sooner!

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on RealSelf! You look great in your pictures! I can see that your implants were high at first but over time, they gradually dropped into place. Just curious, what is your before and after bra cup size? Congratulations!
Yes I was a little bit concerned and spent hours looking around at pictures on here to ease my mind. They are dropping really well and are becoming very soft. Can't wait to see how they change over the next few months. In Victoria's Secret I wore a 32C and am now a 32 DD. Very very happy! Thank you!
Have you bought a few bras or are you waiting until you're completely settled in? You mentioned earlier your recovery was a bit rough. In hindsight, do you have any suggestions or tips for others going through a rough recovery?
I bought one bra that I put away for later since Victoria's Secret was having their semi-annual sale and it was so cheap. Hopefully it still fits when I am allowed to wear it lol. I would say just make sure you take your pain meds as directed ( I tried to wait it out in between which made it a bit difficult) and make sure you eat dinner the day before. I missed dinner and was horribly nauseated immediately post-op up until later that night. Day 6 I was able to do fine with no pain meds. Also, the stretches and massages are very important. Hence mine softening and settling well.
Good idea on purchasing the bra on sale but waiting to wear it for a bit. Soon you can go crazy shopping for bras and swimsuits. And thank you for the excellent tip on having a meal in your tummy before taking your meds. Sorry you were nauseated...I hate that feeling. Glad to hear your breasts are softening and settling in!
