Going for a full tummy tuck, muscle repair and breast aug. 404&445 natralle smooth round and moderate. Had a hard time deciding between moderate or full. But there wasn’t much of a difference. Getting nervous because of pain and don’t want to take the pills longer than I have to. Excited but nervous

Guys I’m getting super nervous, I don’t know if I should stay away from reading people’s journey or if I should keep reading them everyone seems to say they get so depressed a few days after and I don’t know why I am not expecting to see results right away not even for 3 to 6 months I hope that doesn’t happen to me I am nervous about taking the pills so I’m really only going to take them hopefully for the first one to two days and what is the arnica stuff that people are taking?

Hey! After one week I was on ibuprofen. Just take the pills as directed. I also didn’t want to take the pills but stay on top of your pain and seriously in a week it will be ibuprofen.
I didn’t get depressed a few days after...also the results were noticeable right away for me and I had my surgery done in April. But it did seem like the swelling subsided substantially when it started to get cooler and this fall everyone started making comments about how I look slimmer. But I also lost 18 pounds over the summer :-) so probably a combination. But I think you will be able to results straight away. I’ll warn you, it was kind of jarring for me. I had so much extra skin after 4 babies and to wake up and not have the skin hang over i used to have was amazing.
