Feeling good. I’m going to wait another 2-4 weeks before running and lifting weights again but I feel good. Still hurts to sneeze. Still swelling t night. No longer wear a sports bra or binder at all. It looks like I have love handles and not sure if I do or it’s just the illusion because my abs were pulled tight and not my sides. I didn’t get lipo. Once it gets warmer here soon hoping, I’ll get to working out and dialing in my nutrition.

Hey!! I’m doing great. Lower stomach is still numb and it gets more numb certain foods I eat or alcohol I drink! Strange. I’ve put on 10 lbs of course, ha! It’s summer though and coming to a end so it will come off and I’ll post pics. It was just 6 months a few days ago! I haven’t put anything on my scar and it looks fine, it doesn’t bother me. My left boob sometimes bothers me but it’s a tad bigger than my right for symmetry so maybe that’s why. I go in September after summer for a belly button revision. Otherwise it’s flat. And what once looked like love handles seems to have slowly gone away even the last couple weeks and it’s not from losing lbs I think it’s still swollen. Even my scar will get swollen after a long day and look like a fupa, lol. Haha. How’s everyone?
So happy to hear you are doing well! My stomach is numb from BB to incision and most of my right breast is still numb too. Yay for less swelling! It feels so good to not to feel bloated all of the time! Happy continued healing!

I’m feeling great. Can basically stand straight, more so in the day time. I haven’t slept on my front. I can sleep on my sides though. I sometimes wear no bra to bed and it feels great. I don’t really wake with morning boob anymore. My boobs itch some thing fierce when they itch and hurt more so than before. Annoying more than anything.
