I had a great breast lift done in 2012 and had thought about doing implants as well at the time. I decided to wait and see. Here it is almost four years later and I decided with lots of long conversations with my husband about it and I've had the surgery. I'm two weeks out today and I must say, they look great! I still have the scars from my lift but I feel like I don't notice them as much now. I went with 560 as the width of my breasts was around 14 cm. I was worried this would be too much and make them way too big for my frame as I am 5'4" and 130 lbs. Right now they feel so high and like they are under my arms so it's hard to tell. I like how I look in clothes. It will be getting into a bikini for Spring Break that I'm concerned about. My questions is mainly this. Is it normal to still be in a considerable amount of pain? I work in a clothing store and went back to work 4 days after. Although I've tried not to lift or mop or do too much it's difficult as I don't like to stand around. After I get home from work I am just so tight and in a lot of pain. I massage them 3 x a day but find sleeping incredibly difficult as i am a side sleeper. I've been taking tylenol and it doesn't even touch the pain. Any comments or advice is welcome!

Congratulations...you look great in your white dress! Check with your doctor about the pain but maybe you're overdoing it a bit? The implants go underneath the chest muscle so it is normal to experience slight pain once you start to get back to your everyday activities. I would recommend Ibuprofen instead of Tylenol. It tends to work better.
