As a customer of Jeannie Chung since she opened her practice in Wellesley, I can honestly say that the quality of the service provided has deteriorated over the years while her prices have soared. Equally as important, Dr Chung does not tolerate clients who express any dissatisfaction with her work, the prices, the constantly rescheduling of your appointments, or a problem you might have experienced in her practice. She wasn’t always that way, but I have experienced her bad attitude too many times during the past few years to not finally write a review about it. She cannot accept any criticism or feedback on a problem you experienced with her practice whatsoever. It’s ridiculous. Too many other great doctors and practices to choose from now.

I experienced the same. She did a terrible job on me and brushed me off. Leaving scars both emotionally and otherwise and deformed. She rushes looking at me or speaking to me and talks through the whole procedure. Even though it’s obvious she’s botched it, and other Drs have said I choose a bad Dr to do the liposuction procedure, she blames me for somehow not following post surgery protocol. If it’s my fault, why does one arm look great and the other arm, where she took too much fat out look bad? I write emails and no one writes me back. They attack me. I’m so upset. I haven’t been able to wear a short sleeve shirt in 2 years. They promised me they would treat me if anything wasn’t how I wanted, but now I’m just ignored and brushed off, I’m not paid back the $10,000 I paid and also not treated to make it better.
