Not Good

I have never written a review before but felt compelled to do so due to the very disappointing outcome of my treatment by Susanna. She is warm and welcoming and I'm sure has many satisfied clients. However, in my case she has left my face in a mess. I had fillers to smooth out lines in the lower part of my face and to plump things up. However, I've been left with chipmunk type swellings which in turn have pushed the skin around my lines (which the treatment was meant to address) together making them even more pronounced. Rather than rejuvenating my face it just looks odd, friends have asked whether I have mumps or swollen glands rather than saying that I look well! 

When Susanna saw the photo she said it was 'difficult' to see the problem but as you can see from the attached photo the problem i.e the lump is very obvious! In addition, I had botox in the forehead and I asked Susanna before having it whether it would cause my eyebrows to push downwards creating an even more hooded effect on the eyes, but as you can also see from the photos it has had just that result increasing the 'hood' on my eyelids.

I have spoken to Susanna about the problems and shown her photos and she has offered to melt the fillers, however I have returned to Italy which is where I live and so this is not an option. I have asked her to consider a refund but this has been ignored. I'm very, very upset - it was a lot of money (1400) that I had saved up as a treat after a very difficult year and I now have to live with a very odd looking face until the treatment subsides. Very disappointing and I really would not recommend her based on my experience which is that I have ended up with a face which looks older and oddly shaped.
