Consultation review: my issue is false advertising
ORIGINAL POST
My issue is false advertising.
My issue is this: I am new to looking at options for natural procedures so I was uncertain. Hence, I booked a free consult, which you advertise and for which I have a written invite for. But when I got the office, I was charged $100. consult. I advised I was told it was free and the young woman said, "Oh, not anymore." Hmm. I had lots of questions and needed reflection to decide which direction to go. I requested to at least have the $100 go towards a possible filler around my mouth, which Dr. Greenwald was polite and said the filler wouldn't be good for my face as it would look "fat" around my mouth/cheek area. I appreciated his candor but went somewhere else where the provider was shocked and happily did an awesome job. Barbara was wonderful when she did call to explain the estimate if I did get tummy work. But I still feel that I should get a $100 refund because the advertisement said such, and Barbara was also confused why I was charged. No, it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle. So, I won't go here based on my first experience. Honoring your advertisement is important. And if you want to do that, I'm open to receiving a refund. Thank you!
