Botched One Side, Refuses to Fix Without Charging Me Again

Dr. Fagien filled my nasolabial folds. One side looks great. The other side he placed filler outside the fold, creating a visible ridge that makes my laugh line look worse than before I walked in.
At my follow-up, he told me the problem was my anatomy – not his placement – even though the other side of my face proves he’s capable of doing it correctly. His solution? Pay for dissolution AND a new vial of filler to fix his own mistake.

I trusted a surgeon to do this right. I would not recommend.
