I am a 37 year old mother of one. I always said after having my first child, that when I was finished having children, I would have a tummy tuck. A couple years ago I had a miscarriage that led to a hysterectomy. After dealing with the aftermath of loosing my fertility, depression, and weight gain, I decided to take my life back! I lost 35 pounds and, after my guinea pig of a best friend had a tummy tuck, I decided it was time to finally proceed with having the procedure myself. Though the recovery has been long, I'm still so happy that I've had the procedure. Here is to happy healing!

Yes, Dr. Bath is great! My surgery was August 18th, so I'm about a month behind you. I'm curious... how are you feeling now, approx. 7 weeks post op, right?
I'm doing soooo much better!! I'm still tired at times... Sore from the swelling but nothing like the first month ;)). I'm probably older than you ..I'm 62..and, wasn't in the best shape 'exercise wise ' so I'm now building up to a new life of exercise ;)). I just started using the silicone strips that Dr Vath likes...I needed to wait to be totally 'scab free' to apply them. ;)). Here's to your healing and days of feeling better each day ;))
