I had fallen about 3 years ago and broken my nose. I finally decided to have it repaired, without changing the overall shape. I visited 3 other doctors but none of them indicated I'd done anything to my nose, rather they provided photos for me to select the nose I wanted to have. Dr. Rodgers took one look inside my nose and informed me that I'd crushed the vault. She then told me I had a nice nose and she would not recommend changing the overall shape because it matched my facial bone structure. She did recommend repairing the vault and then softening the lines slightly.
