The staff was very friendly, helpful, and used pronouns. The nurses all took the time to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions. I am very happy with my results as well. My chest is flat and both the incisions and nipple placements are even. The scars are healing extremely quickly and at six months my scars are not very visible. While Dr. Steinwald himself can talk fast and leave you a bit overwhelmed, his staff definitely makes up for this by being extra helpful. I am more than happy with my experience and I am feeling so much more like myself.
