hello all, in my previous post, I've mentioned that I have a slight "symasstia or whatever you call it, fat in between your boobs if you well. N-e ways, i went back for a revision and my PS said he will change my plants to a little smaller size. I started at 470cc and now 445cc . He had mentioned that he will insert strattice. unfortunately the strattice was in inserted because i now have congenital. He's made an insertion in between my boobs, to push my skin down. My question is, is there;s reason a strattice was not used? i mean the last time he gave me liposuction and the fat came back. please see below for picture. The thing thats in between my chest are tampons, to help spread them apart. let me know your thoughts, or has anyone ever gone through this before. I'm just looking for advice and opinion. I'm afraid that, I did all this for a cleavage, but now it may look lik i will have smaller boobs and still no cleavage. I've see other girls who has the same issues I do, was able to get successful outcome

my main concern was the "symmastia" it's still there. I have slightly to no cleavage. I told the PS what I wanted as far as having cleavage, he is suggestion to go smaller in cup and will " try " to fix the symmastia. This will cost me more money, and time. Can I please get some advice from other PS please.
