Very thin, 5'5 105lbs. Currently 32A/AA- 300 or 325cc's? Bwd 12, can I go up to 12.3 to avoid HP's?
My PS thinks Mentor 300 mod+ unders for the "look I'm going for" which WAS a full B/small C. But I think I want to definitely be in the C category as I know implants look smaller than real, esp in clothes. I'm worried that I'll regret not going a bit larger. If I go to a Mentor 325cc implant it will put me into a HP implant. I'm wanting to avoid the HP's! Can I go up .3cms without risking symmastia and too much side boob?

Got the ok from my ps!

Got the ok from my doc that he would be willing and ok with using a 325 mod+ which is .3cm wider than my bwd of 12. I'm releived that I will be able to stay away from hp. I'm pretty sure that it won't look much different than the 300's I was originally planning on... I'm doing it so that I won't regret not getting the extra 25cc's. Hopefully they won't put me over the edge of being top heavy though!
I've attached a photo of my 3D imaging with 300s

It's done! Postop day 4

Wow what a relief! After months and months of research and stress, my surgery is complete! I would have updated sooner but I've literally been on the go since the day after my surgery. I can honestly say that I had barely any pain! Soreness would be the best descriptor.
The day of surgery was fine. I was a hungry, thirsty ball of nerves but after waking up I felt fine and excited to be done with this. I had a tiny bit of soreness upon waking up from anesthesia. Zero nausea, and I never felt that "elephant on your chest" feeling!
My friend picked me up and we went straight home. I had some food and a Percocet and felt fine, just a little sleepy. Another friend came over and both of them were shocked with how coherent I was. They left and I slept for a couple of hours, ate dinner and laid around the rest of the night.
The next morning I experienced the dreaded morning boob, ouch! It just feels really tight and sore but goes away after a bit. The next day I hung out at home and went to dinner that night. I swear this entire process has been a breeze! I was out shopping yesterday, went to lunch and dinner and have no complaints of pain. I stopped taking percocets late Friday so Ive been on Tylenol only since postop day 2.

Today is postop day 4 and I'm feeling peachy. I'll try to upload pics of the new additions soon.

Whoever is out there worrying about their upcoming procedure, just relax, make sure you have a prescription for a muscle relaxer (they help the first couple days) and just breathe! It'll be done and over before you know it!!!

I'm 2 weeks postop already!

Wow how time flies! things have been going really well. I've had a little bit of ever changing soreness and what I like to call zingers! My right nipple is sooooo sensitive still and is always at attention! The base of both breasts are kind of sore to touch but that's a newer feeling that started a few days ago. All of my nerves are repairing so I'm used to the new feelings that begin to occur every few days. I've been out of a sports bra since week one. I wear one to sleep at night but I've been wearing a super comfy non-underwire bra that I found at target. I don't want to spend too much money on bras now, waiting for the final product! I'll post a pic at week one (or maybe 5-6 days postop, can't remember) in a fun, pretty underwire bra that a friend gave me. My boobs are sitting very high in the pic but it's still nice to be able to wear something pretty and not super padded!

Dr Wolfe and his entire staff are AMAZING! He is a true professional and artist! I am soooo happy to have found him! Actually, he was recommended to me by the owner of a VERY upscale bra boutique. He took so much time with me and answered all of my questions... His nurses are just as exceptional! If I could give him 10 stars I would!
