Very thin, 5'5 105lbs. Currently 32A/AA- 300 or 325cc's? Bwd 12, can I go up to 12.3 to avoid HP's?
My PS thinks Mentor 300 mod+ unders for the "look I'm going for" which WAS a full B/small C. But I think I want to definitely be in the C category as I know implants look smaller than real, esp in clothes. I'm worried that I'll regret not going a bit larger. If I go to a Mentor 325cc implant it will put me into a HP implant. I'm wanting to avoid the HP's! Can I go up .3cms without risking symmastia and too much side boob?

I was worried about hp, too. But my ps said it would be best for my body, and even with this only being day 2 after my surgery, I'm so pleased with my results! I think trying on the sizers have me the most accurate results as far as what to expect.

Hi! I know it can be so confusing...there are so many factors that affect your decision. My best advise is to show as many pictures to your PS that describe in DETAIL every thing you want and your ultimate goals and expectations! The key to your result will be the communication with your doctor and his/her before&rafter pics and their credentials. Try on rice sizers, and go back to your PS before having the procedure if you need further clarification on your final 'look'. Good luck and best wishes to you and your boobies:)

Oh, and I BTW I am a BW of 12.6 cm and went with 350 cc (left) and 385 cc (right) Sientra silicone gel HP. I am 2.5 wks out and love the way they look on my body, but I'm just adjusting to the different boobie phases they go through before "settling".

I'm small framed also 5'3 140lbs and I went 380CC saline which should put you at 32C bra size. I'm getting them re done after 7 years to go bigger. I think you would love 380- 450CC I promise. My friends have 500 n wish they coudve or should've went 600CC

I got 325cc mod profile with the same BWD as you, 12cm. I am 5 foot and 115lbs. 325cc are perfect, I have no complaints about the size I went with. Check out my photos, although you are taller and thinner, maybe you can get a good idea of size implant.

Oh and I forgot to mention, got sized at VS today and I am a 34C :)

Thanks for the update! You look great! I'm still worried that 325 will be too large! I too don't have much of a booty AND have chicken legs so I'm worried I'll look top heavy. I guess I need to keep telling myself that 25cc's won't make a visual difference so if I'm between 300-325 I should probably go larger. My Preop is on Monday so I'll have to make my final decision then. Eeek! The thought of me ending up as a D cup is another eeeek! 5'5, 105lbs and a D cup sounds ridiculous!

I weigh 112 and I'm 5'4. I was a size a. I went with 375 and 350 silicone under the muscle. because I wasn't completely symmetrical. I didn't decide what I wanted until rigt before the Surgury And asked my surgeon what he would do if he were me. I went with his advise and I'm very happy with no problems four years later. I currently wear a 32 d or 36 C. Good luck!

Got the ok from my ps!

Sueden
Got the ok from my doc that he would be willing and ok with using a 325 mod+ which is .3cm wider than my bwd of 12. I'm releived that I will be able to stay away from hp. I'm pretty sure that it won't look much different than the 300's I was originally planning on... I'm doing it so that I won't regret not getting the extra 25cc's. Hopefully they won't put me over the edge of being top heavy though!
I've attached a photo of my 3D imaging with 300s

I am an inch shorter and about ten pounds heavier. I went with 425 hp under the muscle. I was wanting a c cup and pretty sure I am there. I am almost two weeks post op. I think if you go with high profile you would be fine and you could go with a higher cc. I liked the look of 350 cc and my doc suggested adding 75cc because we were going under.

I am 5 foot, 115 lbs was in between an A and B cup. Just got 325cc Sientra smooth round silicone Moderate plus implants under the muscle 5 days ago, already loving it! 325cc is a good size. Currently fitting into a 34C sports bra. a little snug but should fit perfectly once all the swelling goes down.

Sounds like you had more to start out with but hoping I'll be as happy as you are with the 325's! In so excited but feel like time is dragging! Because you're so newly postop, any tips on things I must have on hand postop?!! Want to be prepared and ready!

a lot of zip up hoodies ;) i havent worn a shirt or a bra since surgery! lol. just been wearing a ton of zip ups, they are the most comfy. have gas relief and laxative meds on hand because you will be backed up, bloated, and uncomfy in your belly! i had a clear liquid diet the first day, my appetite wasn't the same for a couple days after surgery. good luck to you!

I am 5'4" and 115 pounds and I got 425 under hp. I am about 21/2 weeks post op and very pleased. Except there is alot of implant in my armpit but once I fluff and drop I am hoping that will change. I am pretty sure I am a nice full c cup. Haven't gotten measured or anything yet waiting for things to settle down!!

Don't be afraid of high profile. I was and it wasn't necessary. I have 400cc ultra high profile and they are amazing

I am 5' 93 lbs. originally recommended 300 hp but after seeing wish boobs pics, my surgeon went to 300 mod plus. During surgery though, he felt my skin was too stretched and went down to 280 (with me giving the ok to go down before hand). Turns out great. Now just waiting through the healing process and for them to drop.

It's done! Postop day 4

Sueden
Wow what a relief! After months and months of research and stress, my surgery is complete! I would have updated sooner but I've literally been on the go since the day after my surgery. I can honestly say that I had barely any pain! Soreness would be the best descriptor.
The day of surgery was fine. I was a hungry, thirsty ball of nerves but after waking up I felt fine and excited to be done with this. I had a tiny bit of soreness upon waking up from anesthesia. Zero nausea, and I never felt that "elephant on your chest" feeling!
My friend picked me up and we went straight home. I had some food and a Percocet and felt fine, just a little sleepy. Another friend came over and both of them were shocked with how coherent I was. They left and I slept for a couple of hours, ate dinner and laid around the rest of the night.
The next morning I experienced the dreaded morning boob, ouch! It just feels really tight and sore but goes away after a bit. The next day I hung out at home and went to dinner that night. I swear this entire process has been a breeze! I was out shopping yesterday, went to lunch and dinner and have no complaints of pain. I stopped taking percocets late Friday so Ive been on Tylenol only since postop day 2.

Today is postop day 4 and I'm feeling peachy. I'll try to upload pics of the new additions soon.

Whoever is out there worrying about their upcoming procedure, just relax, make sure you have a prescription for a muscle relaxer (they help the first couple days) and just breathe! It'll be done and over before you know it!!!

Did they put a patch behind your ear for nausea? Just trying to see what they did for you to have zero nausea! Thank you:)
April 13, 2015
No patch! They gave me a prescription of Zofran, an anti-nausea pill. I only took one right before I left the surgery center. It's been a pretty easy recovery! The patch they give to patients that are under anesthesia for more than 2 hours. The BA surgery was 1 hour. :)

wow you're amazing!! not sure if you already mentioned or if i missed it, but did you have drains or what type of incision did you have?
April 16, 2015
No drains! My doc only uses drains for redo's I guess. So glad I didn't have them!!! What a pain to have to worry about those hanging off your body on top of all the other stuff you worry about postop. I have incisions under the breast :)

ooh, lucky!! The biggest worry for me is the drains and of course what my boobs will look like post-op! did you end up going with 325cc? I'm still struggling with the size that I want to go, since i'm petite. :(
April 17, 2015
I did go with 325's. I am happy with the size but am wishing they would drop! I will try to post an updated pic! Also, the girl's pic who's boobs my doc did went with almost 400cc's. (I looked yesterday) :) she also started out with kind of a lot more than we did so remember to be realistic with expectations! :)

oh thanks for letting me know. when i showed my PS the picture, he also told me those were "more than you want" - cause he knows i'm only about the 325-350 range. I think i'm definitely leaning towards 325 cause I'm pretty tiny. meh. I'm also already anticipating the high, tight boob and hope yours drop soon! can't wait to see your results! :)
April 17, 2015
PS- I did moderate plus profile. Looking for a pic to post. It won't be from today or anything but you'll be able to see the size they are. They haven't changed much in 2 weeks.

I just put up an update with pic!
