I'm so glad I've found your review. We've got exactly the same body shape/height/athletic build and been struggling to decide sizes as I want to look as natural as possible and not fake or top heavy. Your results are exactly what I'd like. My surgeon offered 300/320cc, I look ok in the sizers but my gut feeling tells me they'll be huge. Need to discuss it again! You look amazing
For sure, I get it. I wanted to have a natural shape. I remember my natural breast width was 10.5 cm, and we stayed within that measurement as wider can make you look a bit wider (side boob). I think maybe staying narrowest helped a bit with the natural look! Good luck :).
Also, the difference between 300 and 260 that I got is pretty small, (and also yes listen to your gut). all goes back to what your breast width will accommodate and the profile you want —maybe ask a bit about that too. My surgeon was super conservative and no one can tel they are fake (that I know of and a few people who know would never have guessed)

Hi! I was able to get back relatively soon after. I remember for a few months swimming and lifting upper body felt weird. Not painful just odd... they don't get in my way at all. Only laying flat on the ground I may notice them (just that they are there). But I compete in triathlons still and no effect on that either!
I should add... I did not wait months to work out :). I remember I took it easy for about a month then got back to it bit by bit

Just some update pics!

Took a digger off my mountain bike and bruised my ribs baaaaad, under my right side. Thank goodness the implant held up to the impact. ??
