Open rhinoplasty done 12/18. I have hated my nose since I can remember and went through high school receiving terrible comments from people and never felt beautiful. The rhinoplasty was close to 5 hours and the recovery was pretty uncomfortable at times but I could not be more satisfied with my results. This procedure has completely changed me. Your profile is very beautiful..the nose perfectly fits your face! How does it look from the front side, was it swollen on the first month? When did it start to subside the swelling? Thank-you Anne!
The swelling took close to 4 weeks to look like I had an "normal" nose. The first two weeks were quite swollen and it has gradually gone down :)

I actually love your old nose! You looked so regal, like European court lady (even though it had a bump, it gave nice definition to your face).
I think it looks much better less "defined"-- It takes the focus of my face away from my nose, which I just hated!
