I exchanged my 420cc's of saline for 700cc's of silicone.
So far I'm very sore, because Dr. John's tightened my pockets because my very first breast augmentation (300cc's saline) Dr. Lazaro went through my armpit, allowing my first, and second breast implants to go up into my arm pit area while lying down.
As of right now I can't move my arms very much and I can tell where he put the permanent sutures.
This surgery is almost as bad as my first, my second surgery was a breeze. So I assumed the third would be as easy as the second. Nope... it pretty much sucks right now.
I just hope these 700's settle and fluff soon because they are super super high and swollen. My pain level is at about a 7-8, and I can usually take pain very well. I take my pain meds and muscle relaxers as prescribed and they are helpful. If I sleep past when I'm due to take them I wake up very sore.
I will be posting before and after pics as soon as I feel a little better.

Dr. John's has done 2 of my 3 breast augmentation surgeries. He does an amazing job and I would recommend him to anyone. I currently live in Texas, had two consults with two of Dallas's top plastic surgeons and didn't feel as though either of them were as good as Dr. Johns. When I went to my consult with Dr. Johns, he explained what he was going to do, that neither of the other two plastic surgeons even mentioned, and they were both cheaper too. So, I traveled from Texas to Pennsylvania to have him perform my implant exchange. So far so good!
