Side by side before & after

I showed my PS my wish pictures, as well as pictures of profiles and sizes that I didn't think suited me. I am 5'6 and 125 lbs and had lost volume after breastfeeding so was a B/C with no top volume at all. When I tried on the sizers I was leaning more towards the 339 cc moderate plus (it was an odd number like that), my PS was thinking more along the lines of the 371 cc moderate plus, but said he would make the final decision in the operating room once he could see them in. As it turns out, my chest wall was more sunken in on one side, so he had to use different sized implant to make it balanced. He ended up going with 350 high profile in one and 400 high profile in the other. He used Natrelle silicone implants. I love the results and had complete trust in my doctor and he did exactly what I was hoping for. The right side in the pictures is the one with 400 cc.

Day 8

Well, this bikini top is what I started with for pics, so for consistency, I'll keep using it - though I will probably be so sick of it, I won't ever wear it again. ;-)

Sunday night update

OK, so Sunday I felt good enough to have Tylenol during the day while sitting quietly with a group of neighbors at a friends birthday party. I had taken 1 Percocet at 8am , Tylenol later in the afternoon and was going to take just 1 more Percocet at bedtime and try to have Tylenol if I awoke in the middle of the night. Long story short, the Tylenol didn't cut it for me in the middle of the night. It seems I can manage the pain with Tylenol during the day, but still need a bit stronger during the night. Will try to cut back again a bit tonight. Thankfully the pan has felt very manageable so far.

I had researched a handful of doctors, went to one consult with a doctor who was in my top choices (was slightly more affordable) and seemed very good, but I really liked the pictures of Dr. Marin's work. All my wish pictures even came from Dr. Marin's gallery; they were the ones I kept going back to! Even though he was a little bit higher priced than the other doctor, Dr. Marin had been my first choice. My husband encouraged me to have a consult with Dr. Marin, since he really was my first choice. I am so happy I did! He is great, his nurse Shannon is so informative, every member of the office staff we met were so welcoming. I would have scheduled my surgery for the next day if I could have! It was one of those instances where everything just felt right, I absolutely know without a doubt that choosing him was the right decision for me.
