Made me feel welcomed, calm, and cared for

After a few years of contemplating, researching and more contemplation, I finally decided to have a deep plane neck and facelift. I chose Dr Quiroz based on his credentials and doing much research. Cynthia, my coordinator, planned my week-long trip to Tijuana down to every last detail. I was picked up at the Airport in San Diego and dropped off there a week later and in between, I was completely and totally taken care of. Much thought, detail and preparation went into planning my itinerary and carrying it out flawlessly and all of the credit for that goes to Dr. Quiroz and his assistant Rocio, and Cynthia and then entire staff at the clinic, spa and recovery boutique. Thank you all for making me feel welcomed, calm, cared for and confident that I was in good hands. I am two weeks out from my surgery and although I am still swollen and a bit bruised, each day gets better. I think that I am going to be absolutely thrilled with the final outcome. As far as any pain associated with this surgery, I would say don’t even worry about it. There is some discomfort and tightness but that’s it---compared to other procedures I have had (like major shoulder surgery) this is a walk in the park.
I really want to thank you Dr, Quiroz, Rocio, and Cynthia—you made me feel cared for when I felt very vulnerable. I was a strange, alone in a strange land having surgery and your kindness, care and compassion were appreciated more than words can express. Since I returned home, I have been followed up on via phone calls, emails and sending photos of my progress. I can honestly recommend Dr. Quiroz and Vida Wellness and Beauty without reservation.
