Mr Townley and his team are wonderful.
First communication with Claudia via email and then phone, was friendly and very helpful. This initial impression was important to me and reassured me to proceed to initial consultation.
The initial consultation was comprehensive with lots of time to discuss my thoughts and address the issues. I immediately felt at ease with Mr Townley and knew that I was in good hands. I feel that he did not recommend any unnecessary procedures and in fact told me that I didn’t need certain procedures contrary to what I thought.
My surgery was ,thankfully, straightforward with no complications. Following discharge, I was able to contact Charlotte (Mr Townley’s Nurse) for advice via email and she responded quickly even out of hours. Charlotte is also very friendly , skilled and helpful.
I had no issues with my stitches or scars and swelling/bruising was as expected, if not better. I had mild asymmetry of my face but this is normal and this has returned to normal. I returned to work at just under 3 weeks -I work clinically with patients in a hospital so to be back at work after such a big operation is fantastic! I hadn’t disclosed that I was having a facelift and not one person commented on my face, the work was so good.
At 9 months post surgery, I am thrilled with my results. My lower face and neck which were sagging have been lifted back into place.
I would highly recommend Mr Townley. He is very friendly, professional and skilled with an equally impressive team.
