I specifically waited four months before writing this review because I wanted the swelling to go down and everything to settle before truly evaluating my results. Now that I’m further along in the healing process, I can confidently say choosing Dr. Gurkan was absolutely the right decision.

I had a deep plane facelift, deep plane neck lift, brow lift, upper & lower bleph, and light CO2 laser treatment performed by Dr. Gurkan, and my results have honestly exceeded my expectations. Not only am I personally thrilled with the outcome, but I’ve also had multiple professionals in the plastic surgery and aesthetics industry comment on how exceptional his work is. Since returning to the States, I’ve seen plastic surgeons for lymphatic drainage massage, another surgeon who has done body work on me, and my injector — all of whom regularly see facial surgery results — and every single one of them has complimented the quality of Dr. Gurkan’s work.

I’m 51 years old, and I genuinely look about much younger. My eyes look open and refreshed, my face looks natural, and everything has healed beautifully. One of the things I’m most impressed by is how hidden the scars are. They are placed so carefully within the hairline that they’re nearly impossible to see.

Plastic surgery is never about absolute perfection, but in my opinion, Dr. Gurkan got as close to it as possible. Considering the amount of work he performed, the way everything has come together is honestly amazing. Nothing looks overdone or unnatural — it just looks like a fresher, younger version of me.

The only issue I experienced during the process involved the hospital itself, not Dr. Gurkan, and even that situation was ultimately resolved.
