From the moment I made the phone call to have a consultation with Dr Karolak I knew it was going to be the right decision. The staff is warm and friendly yet extremely professional. That is who Dr Karolak is himself. He was wonderful at explaining what could and what could not be accomplished. He explained the procedures at length. He explained what to expect during recovery at each stage. He was available directly when I had questions and needed reassurance. My results are wonderful I still look like me, only better. My confidence is back. I have the whole Karolak practice to thank for that.
