I Wish I Had Spoken with Someone Before I Made the Decision.

The results have not improved, as Dr. Sitapara indicated that they would. In fact, they have gotten worse. Dr. Sitapara, despite saying he thought this was a successful outcome, offered no explanation for this result. There were many red flags I should have seen. Please do your homework.

I had a very poor experience with Dr. Sitapara. I wish I had spoken with an actual patient. While he is very nice, there was so much wrong with the process. He did his presurgery consult via a virtual visit, despite me wanting to come in, and then started marking me up as soon as I got to the office for surgery. The outcome was so poor, took over 9 hours, and most upsetting he switched from twilight to general anesthesia for the entire surgery. He was still working on the neck after 6 hours, and honestly I do not think he had time to do the rest of the procedures. Outcome is very poor and various surgeons have commented on the need for a revision and the poor laxity and mid face sagging after the facelift. No meaningful change and neck appears disfigured. Now need to wait a year from the surgery to do a full revision.
