From the very first message to my final follow-up, my experience with Dr. Safa Manav Aesthetic Clinic was nothing short of exceptional. This entire operation runs like a well-oiled luxury concierge service professional, warm, responsive, and genuinely caring.
Elif, my patient coordinator, was an absolute rockstar. She ensured everything was meticulously organized from my pre-op consultation to hospital discharge and post-op appointments. Every payment and transaction was accurate and seamless. She speaks excellent English (having previously lived in California), is incredibly down-to-earth, kind, and genuinely invested in patient care. I was able to reach her 24/7, and she responded immediately every single time. Her customer service skills are elite-level thoughtful, sweet, efficient, and reassuring.
Fatih Akgül, Dr. Manav’s assistant, ensured my initial consultation was smooth and thorough. He provided clear, detailed information about the clinic, procedures, pricing, and all required documentation. He also made sure I had everything needed for a seamless transition from the United States to Turkey. He was consistently responsive, helpful, and proactive, always offering additional resources when needed. Professional, kind, and extremely reliable.
Israa, another patient coordinator, worked alongside Fatih and was equally phenomenal. She reached out by phone, walked me through the procedure, answered every question with patience, and made sure I felt completely at ease. She significantly reduced any anxiety I had by providing clarity and reassurance at every step. She is incredibly sweet, attentive, and truly excellent at what she does.
Nurse Buse deserves a standing ovation. She was available 24/7 after my surgery and visited me at the hotel every single day. She cleaned my wounds, changed gauze, administered and applied medications, and monitored my recovery closely. When she noticed I was sneezing and coughing, she immediately contacted the doctor to help alleviate my symptoms. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, attentive, and incredibly kind exactly who you want caring for you during recovery.
And finally, Dr. Safa Manav himself. Simply amazing. He is kind, gentle, caring, and incredibly reassuring. He took the time to answer all my questions, eased every concern, and eliminated any anxiety I had going into surgery. I stayed in the hospital for two days and was released on the third day feeling great. By day six, the swelling had already begun to subside, and my friends and family on FaceTime were amazed at how good everything already looked and excited to see the final results.
I did extensive research before choosing a plastic surgeon, and Dr. Safa Manav stands out as highly accredited, exceptionally knowledgeable, experienced, and board-certified, with truly magical hands. His outcomes speak for themselves.
