I'm not happy with my results at all

I'm not happy with my results at all. I went to Dr. Calderon May of 2024. It's been a year. I paid $10,000 for nothing. I stayed for 3 weeks. When I got home I kept in touch with him. I noticed that he left a lot of stitches in my face. He said he removed them all. I took pictures of my face every day & didn't notice a change. I texted him about my concerns. After awhile he wouldn't answer none of my questions. I asked him can I come back & he do a revision. Still didn't hear back from him. When I meant him he was very nice & seemed like he new what he was doing. I look the same as I did before the deep plane face lift. Neck & face is still saggy. Eyes bags are still there. He kept telling me the bags will go away. Now I have to look for a new surgeon that will do a revision. Not satisfied with him at all especially after he stopped answering my text. This is me now.
