My Fantastic Lower Face Rejuvenation

I wanted to share my successful lower face rejuvenation journey with Dr Frankel.
Due to some inevitable factors such as my age and genetics, coupled with the over use of HAs as well as permanent fillers and somewhat over done facial fat transfer to the lower region by a different provider, I was becoming quite unhappy with my appearance.
I noticed jowls, sagging and my jawline disappearing coupled with a double chin.

When it came to my face I wanted to make sure I selected the provider that is highly qualified as well as finding the right fit when it came to my case. I had three providers I consulted with. All top notch board certified facial plastics surgeons. I decided to go with Dr Frankel as I trusted his expertise, he immediately saw what my area of concern was and through out the process we always were on the same page as far as a surgical plan and having realistic expectations.

When it came to the actual surgery everything started on exactly time and went beyond smoothly. The next day went over how he removed as much of the disfiguring permanent filler, scar tissue and bad fat left over from the old facial fat transfer I had from a previous provider. It was quite shocking to know all that was lurking below and thus were the big contributors to my premature aging.
All my post ops went well and I had no complications that one must be aware of when it comes to face lifts. My swelling was minimal considering I had a deep plane face lift and a direct Platysmalplasty.
Bruising wasn’t bad either and subsided after about 7 days post. Since the sutures have been removed, I have been very diligent with using biocorneum scar cream in conjunction with the silicone scar tape to continue to have proper scar management for optimal healing.

I’m coming up on about 2 months post and I feel amazing. I really was even more elated when I took some pictures I will share that really showed what a huge improvement was made after having this procedure.
Thanks to Dr Frankel I have my confidence back, feel like I have turned back time and has exceeded my expectations.
