I interviewed with at least five surgeons before choosing Dr. Pollei for the DeepPlaneFaceLift. My criteria was based upon experience, bedside manner, supporting team and location. I have a friend who traveled to Florida because she like the results of her friend's surgery. I have read horrific reviews of people traveling to Vegas for a lower cost. Don't do it. The surgery is one thing but also take into consideration the post op appointments. My friend who went to Florida... her post op appointments are via Zoom and the surgeon cannot see or address any scar issues. Those who went to Vegas... got what they paid for. Again, they have to travel back to Vegas to address any issues.
I chose Dr. Pollei as he was one of my two top choices because he had an amazing team. I always felt welcome in their office and any concern I had was a priority for them to address it. The reason I did not go with my other choice (another amazing Dr) is his team were not responsive. That is not the team I want to work with had I had any post op issues.
