Great photos and glad you reached out. You definitely have excessive scarring, even for 2 months out from surgery. You should reach out to your surgeon, and don't wait until June to see them back. There are treatment options that can be used in the meantime to decrease scarring and obtaint a better outcome.
Great question... and unfortunately there is no way to determine why you feel that you look older following surgery. Why the outcome is less than you anticipated is likely related to the technique used, which is hard to comment on with the surgery being performed out of country. Having said that, there are always options, some more focused and targeted to address specific areas of concern that occur following cosmetic facial surgery. At two and a half years out from surgery it would be hard to say it is all a result of continued aging. A new set of eyes and follow up consultation with a trusted surgeon would definitely be work your time!
