One Year Post t Op

It has been a year since my surgery and I am still completely satisfied with the outcome. Dr Harley did a wonderful job and I am so glad that I chose him for my procedure. The healing process was actually the easiest of all the surgeries that I have had. My scars are not even visible, even my hair stylist has commented several times about how minimal the scarring is.

The swelling is getting better. I still ice and I am doing a lot of relaxing to keep my blood pressure down. The swelling does get worse if food is high in carbs or sodium. So I really watch what I eat because I hate the tight feeling.

Photos of Dressing and Drain Removal

Surgery day started off with Dr Harley explaining what he was going to do and signing the paperwork. Then he gave me some crushed pills under my tongue. The next thing I remember was being back at the hotel that afternoon. I didn’t feel anything.
This is the day after surgery. Dr Harley removed the dressing and the drain. The removal was completely painless. I have to come back in one week for suture removal.
