Hands Down Best Facial Plastic Surgeon on the East Coast

I had a DP lower FL and NL with Dr. Mao in early January of this year. He came highly recommended by someone who underwent the same procedures and had an excellent experience; and also by a fellow surgeon very familiar with his credentials, training, technique, and results. From beginning to end, all through the process, Dr. Mao was simply fantastic. His easy-going demeanor belies a technical expertise that is frankly hard to find. Never rushed me, asked the right questions to gauge expectations and long-term goals, and made me feel confident that everything would turn out well. And it did. I could not recommend his enough. If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

It’s worth mentioning that I am one of those patients who needs lots of hand holding, who needs lots of information and follow-up - a typical nervous Nellie. His team - most particularly, the incredible Amanda - were always available and always willing to calmly answer my questions whenever I had any - before, during, and after. This makes so much difference.

I can’t imagine entrusting my face to anyone but Dr. Mao and his practice.
