I had a facelift five years ago that I was completely unhappy with, so I was very nervous about undergoing a revision; however, this experience completely exceeded every expectation I had.
From my very first consultation, Dr. Gadaleta and his entire team made me feel so comfortable, supported, and truly cared for. Their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. I felt completely at ease and confident that I was in the best possible hands with Dr. Gadaleta and his team. Dr. Gadaleta took the time to explain everything in detail and was incredibly honest about what could be improved. The entire staff was so amazing. They checked on me often, answered my many, many questions, and made me feel completely supported throughout the entire process. You can tell they truly care about their patients.
In January 2026, I had an Extended Deep Plane face & neck lift and an upper Blepharoplasty. Today marks three months since my surgery, and I am beyond thrilled with the results. The transformation is incredibly natural, refreshed, and better than I ever imagined. I am excited to see what my six-month and twelve-month periods will look like. I finally feel like myself again, and that is truly priceless.
Recovery was much smoother than I expected, and having such a responsive and kind team made all the difference in the world. I had very minimal pain and only took Extra Strength Tylenol for three days.
If you are considering a revision or a facelift for the first time, I cannot recommend this practice enough. The skill, professionalism, and compassion here are truly top-tier. Worth every penny.
