An Exceptional Experience and Natural Result

I deliberately waited more than four months after my surgery to write this review so I could properly appreciate the results as healing progressed. I can honestly say that I am extremely happy with the outcome.
I had surgery in Istanbul on March 28 with Dr. Giray Genç: a deep plane facelift and neck lift with fat transfer, along with a lateral brow lift. Choosing to undergo major surgery abroad was not easy, so I spent considerable time researching surgeons and had a Zoom consultation with Dr. Genç. His European and Turkish board certifications, along with his memberships in ISAPS and The Aesthetic Society, gave me additional confidence in my decision.
From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptionally well organized. Transportation, the hotel, appointments, and hospital transfers were handled smoothly. The hotel was comfortable, and the hospital was clean, professional, and reassuring.
Dr. Genç has an exceptional bedside manner. He is patient, kind, and attentive, taking the time to answer my questions and address my concerns before and after surgery. His calm, caring approach made me feel reassured throughout the process.
His team—Emine, Hazal, Ela, and Beyza—was warm, thoughtful, and supportive from beginning to end. They guided me through every stage and made me feel genuinely cared for. I was not fully prepared for how vulnerable I would feel undergoing surgery in another country, but their patience and compassion helped me feel safe.
Most importantly, I am extremely happy with my result. I look natural, balanced, and refreshed—exactly as I hoped. My goal was to look rejuvenated without appearing to have had work done, and Dr. Genç achieved that beautifully. More than four months later, I remain very happy with my appearance and grateful every time I look in the mirror.
