My Deep Plane with Amazing Results….

Very pleased with my overall results, I still feel that lower cheecks are to full when I smile. However the Dr. warned me that I might still need additional contouring procedure to reduce. As always blatantly honest and I respect that....

At 47 due to previous maxifacial surgery I was in desperate need of a face/neck lift. After consulting with six board certified plastic surgeons I decided on Dr. Lazzaro of Aestique medical. I was certain after my very lengthy consultation from my long list of questions and concerns I selected the right surgeon. He not only further educated me on the details of the procedures, presented realistic outcomes and addressed every concern I had with precision detail. He explained how my anatomy would not allow same results from a photo that I had brought and was were able to make me more clearly understand the possible outcome, I knew from that I selected the right surgeon for me.
My procedure was scheduled for June 9 th, 2020, the 4.5 hour surgery ended over 8 hours later due to previous scar tissue and damage to underlying structures. Dr. Lazzaro and staff worked the entire day and into the night to make sure of my surgeries success. Days after the surgery my face very tight especially my neck, the doctor explained he went very deep into the base of my neck to pull and secure the substructures and I could tell. My face felt and looked immediately and noticeably higher. I no longer felt the sagging skin when I looked down nor felt it around my neck. My midline face felt fuller however still notice a tad bit dropping under my chin which thought possibly from residual swelling. The doctor explained the lymphatic system and that lymphatic massage would help the hardness and swelling that caused the dropping/sagging. I used both Arnica and Bromelain supplements however not sure that I saw a difference. I also used a facial cold roller and jade roller for the lymphatic massage and definitely saw improvements when doing so. My scars are near invisible due to his precision hands. Two weeks after the procedure I left the house for a family function, those who did not know I had the procedure all just committed that I looked good since they had not seen me during Covid 19 quarantine. Those who did said I simply looked like a younger version of myself, refreshed, healthy, glowing and all commented on my happy demeanor and I took a photo for the 1st time in many years.
My results looked so natural yet such a HUGE improvement. Despite the huge improvement thus far, due to tremendous amount of previous medical surgery to my face, my cheeks are still much fuller than I’d like, the doctor and I discussed possible buccal fat pad and/or perioral mound reduction to help achieve the results I intended in future after all swelling goes down. He is open to my questions and concerns and is suggestive of alternate options to explore to continue to make my results what I desire. He has truly gone above and beyond to make me happy.
I’m coming up on 4 months recovering and my progress continues to improve and outcomes gets better and better. I’m not a vanity driven person and do not wear makeup so I was extra concerned about the outcome and I can’t be happier. As a researcher, planner and worrier by nature I did a TON of due diligence and analysis on procedures, expected outcomes, possible complications and doctors. I could not have made a better choice. I found my experience amazing and life changing.
As a woman of deep faith I had nothing but faith in Dr. Lazzaro and he in return brought me hope and happiness. Highly recommend!
