All about the confidence

A significant weight loss coupled with an inherited propensity for deep marionette lines plus normal aging left me looking far older than 55. I was frustrated with my appearance and constantly having people ask me if I was upset or tired, so I decided to something about it. After some research, I thought I might be a candidate for a deep-plane facelift so I booked consults with a number of surgeons to find out what was possible.
I chose to go with Dr. Mark Glasgold for my facelift because he was confident in his ability to deliver a good result and had deep experience & a good track record with the procedures I needed to get the result I wanted. Dr. Glasgold is a very talented surgeon and easy to work with. His confidence inspired my confidence in what seemed like a very big decision to operate on my face. The office and surgical facilities are excellent. I can't say enough about his wonderful staff. Each and every one, whatever their role, treated me with kindness and respect. My 3 month results as shown in the photo speak volumes. I'm very pleased with my outcome and the renewed confidence I have in my appearance. I definitely recommend Dr. Glasgold.
Downtime from my deep-plane face & neck lift plus fat transfer was about one week of rest followed by gradually increasing activity the second week. Pain was minimal and the only real aggravation was not being able to sleep on my side for a little while. There are areas that are numb or tender, but it is minor and I'm told, normal for 3 months post-surgery.
