Dr. Keller has an outstanding practice. From my first contact and continuing still , his team has provided an exceptional level of attention, advice, and assistance, reflecting my personal needs. I was researching plastic surgery in Tijuana, Mexico, due to proximity, and favorable costs, but mostly because of several friends and family who had safely sought facial procedures there and were reasonably satisfied with their results. I came across a webinar by the UCLA Department of Plastic Surgery which presented procedures, principles, and techniques of which I was not aware, and which led me to Dr. Keller. This information opened my thinking, and upon reading online reviews by the Tijuana patients, I noticed that, by far, the majority were for body work and not facial procedures. The Keller group specializes in faces. And they are among the best in the world. Any savings I may have realized by going across the border, could not have compensated for the advanced level of expertise, quality, and aesthetic excellence that appear so promising in these early stages of healing. Dr. Keller even addressed a pre-existing, man-made problem that had been bothering me for years. And I must note that throughout my entire process, I have not felt the need for any pain medication whatsoever. Although I was alone and in an unfamiliar city for my surgery and initial post-op days, I felt happy, comfortable, and well cared for. The experience could not have been better. Results to follow...
