I had a deep plane face and neck lift, rhinoplasty revision, lateral brow lift and a TCA peel with Dr. Cakmak in April 25, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience from start to finish.
I originally thought I also needed a lip lift, but during my consultation Dr. Cakmak explained - very honestly - that I didn’t need one and that it wouldn’t benefit my face. I’m so glad I listened to him. That level of integrity was one of the reasons I felt so confident moving forward.
I first had an online consultation, but because I’m extremely thorough (borderline obsessive!) with major decisions, I flew out to meet him in person in February. He spent real time with me, going through every concern, explaining the surgical plan, and making sure I completely understood the approach. I left that appointment absolutely certain I’d chosen the right surgeon.
Before surgery, I had all my previous filler dissolved. My skin is very sensitive, and I had a lot of swelling. Dr. Cakmak and his team were incredibly kind and supportive through that whole process - always patient, always reassuring.
Although most patients only stay a few days after surgery, I chose to remain for 10 because I’m naturally cautious and wanted to be monitored a little longer. The aftercare was exceptional. The team checked on me constantly, helped with everything I needed, and made me feel completely safe during a time when you’re at your most vulnerable.
Once I returned to the UK, Dr. Cakmak continued to be amazing. He answered every question, reviewed photos, and even jumped on video calls whenever I needed guidance. That level of ongoing care is rare, and I’m so grateful for it.
The results speak for themselves - natural, harmonious, beautifully balanced. I still look like myself, just fresher, lifted, more refined, and with features that finally feel in proportion. The facelift is elegant, the brow lift opened my eyes without changing my expression, and my revision rhinoplasty is subtle and truly suits my face.
Choosing Dr. Cakmak was the best decision I could have made, and I would trust him again without hesitation. If you’re considering facial surgery, I cannot recommend him highly enough.
