Dr Tzafetta is an exceptional surgeon with a warm, approachable demeanor. From the initial consultation to post-procedure care, I felt listened to and reassured. Her expertise is evident in her meticulous approach to the surgical procedure. She does not cut corners.
I could have had a surgeon do my procedure near to where I lived. I chose Dr Tzafetta despite a 2.5 hour drive away because she is considered a leader in the field. During my initial consultation I was able to see numerous examples of her impressive work. She answered all my questions and asked me what I wanted to achieve.
I decided to entrust my face in her hands because she is known as a specialist in facial reconstruction. She genuinely cares about delivering the best results for her patients. What I also appreciated about Dr Tzafetta was her honesty. She warned me I would experience pain afterwards and I did. It was manageable but it was painful. I stressed I wanted a natural look and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I had absolutely no bruising at all, which I was completely and utterly shocked by. Yes, I am swollen, but not to have any bruises was incredible. I followed her recommendations to the letter. I still can’t believe I don’t have a single bruise! I had a full deep plain facelift.
Finally, the staff are amazing. From her secretary, Charlotte, who answers all of questions so quickly to the nurses at The Rivers.
