Deep Plane Facelift

Finding a surgeon with true integrity and someone you can completely trust with your face isn't easy. I had to look really hard to find that, and I feel very lucky to have discovered Mr Yapa. From the first consultation onward, his calm, straightforward manner reassured me that I was making the right decision.

I opted for a deep plane face, neck and lateral brow lift, and I am delighted with the result: I am in my fifties and my jawline now looks better than it did in my twenties! I can see a significant transformation but somehow it all looks completely natural. Just a couple of days ago, a friend was remarking on how amazingly well I looked, asking if I'd been doing lots of saunas, and my partner (who was baffled by my decision to have surgery) said “I think we can safely say this has been a success”.

Mr Yapa is an exceptional surgeon, but his patience, kindness, and understanding of what a big decision this was for me really set him apart. He was very generous with his time, answering all my questions and discussing everything thoroughly across several consultations, and this really helped me to feel confident in my decision. When we discussed options like a lip lift or fat transfer, he gave honest, balanced advice which helped me decide against them. He only wants what is genuinely right for his patients.

I was also very impressed with the team he has around him, and everyone I met or communicated with has been very kind, extremely efficient, and reassuring. Because of this, I felt no anxiety at all on the day of my surgery and I walked into the anaesthetic room feeling completely calm and supported.
