WORTH IT
When I was doing my research, I noticed most b/a's were directly post-op, the swelling hadn't even gone down completely in most photos. I thought I'd share what my results look like. It's been exactly 2 years and I'm STILL thrilled with my results! Best decision I ever made - and I'd do it again in a heartbeat!

Deep plane face lift B/A's
Photo update: 7 Weeks post-op. No visible scars where the incisions were made at the front of my ears. There are still visible signs of the scars (healing still) under my chin and behind my ears. I still have numbness on the sides of my face and upper throat area.
The last time I posted photos, they were used (stolen from here) on a Turkish Plastic Surgeon's website, lol! The results are from Dra. Maribel Belmontes Castillo, MD in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX.

What a Difference a Day Makes!
So thrilled and over the moon with my amazing results thus far! It’s only been 3 ½ weeks since Dra. Belmontes performed a deep plane lower facelift with upper blepharoplasty on me. The photo posted is me in 2019 and me 2 weeks post-op (4 years apart). The first-class level of care I received from Dra. Belmontes and her staff were the best! I am so grateful for the care I received from my personally appointed night nurse, Lula too. She stayed with me for over 24 hours straight, never leaving my side.
So many of my friends asked me about pain but honestly, I took Tylenol once. There was no pain and I healed phenomenally QUICK! The most challenging part was maintaining my head position at 90 degrees and sleeping on my back. I had to return to work after 2 weeks and I only had a tiny bruise at the corner of my left eye. I’m still a bit swollen but nothing obvious. I can’t wait for my final results to reveal themselves! I absolutely LOVE my new face!! I’d definitely do it again in a heartbeat!

amazing results ..looks like "father son". How did you choose her please? How long did you stay in Mexico and what was the cost? Mexico prices for Americans are 4x more than for Mexicans I was told.
Hi, thanks for the kind words. I spent about a year or so just casually looking for a surgeon. I like the results Dr. Belmontes was getting so I chose her. I was in MX for 2 weeks. I paid $7,200 for my procedures. A long time friend of mine is going in July and I think his price is a bit higher due to having previous work done that may complicate things.

Thanks! The incisions are healing nicely. You can't see any of them except for the one placed under my chin. It's still going to take a while to disappear. The others are all hidden ;)
How have your scars been healing?
My scars are almost gone after only 5 weeks! I can't even see the ones around the front of my ears. The one under my chin is still visible but slowly fading.
