WORTH IT
I researched surgeons for or over a year for a facelift. Dr. Madnani was recommended to me, along with a few others, by my dermatologist, who had seen many examples of his fine work. I eventually did consultations with three double board certified surgeons. Right now, I am patting myself on the back for having chosen Dr. Madnani for my deep plane lower facelift, neck-lift, upper and lower eye-lifts, CO2 and fat grafting. I'm now a little over two weeks out and I am thrilled with my results. While I am still a bit bruised and swollen, it's already easy to see where this is going - with a little makeup, I can pass for almost 20 years younger right now. I'd be remiss not to also mention his extraordinary staff; every single team member impresses. Dr. Madnani is a super talented surgeon at the top of his game. I am very grateful to be his patient.

I prefer not to post my pictures publicly, but I know how helpful pictures can be. I am not showing my eyes; I do not wish to be identifiable. Hope these help anyone who is considering my incredible, so very talented surgeon.

Beautiful. Cost?

Thank you! $30K for all of it, including additional CO2 to neck and chest I added on the day of surgery. Glad I did.

Thank you. I was interested in pricing as I am considering a few doctors at this time and would like something similar to what you had done.

Hi lovely...profile looks amazing. How are the incision lines looking as you have your hair covering?

Thank you!
My incision lines are no longer visible. It probably helps that I am a good healer; not a smoker or diabetic and I use sunscreen every single day, rain or shine. I also eat a non-inflammatory diet. I can't seem to attach a pic to this reply but I am now 10 months post surgery and no one can tell anything was done unless they look at my before pic which is (EXACTLY) what I wanted.

Over a year later and I'm still pleased with results

I wanted to update with a new picture now that I'm well over a year post-op. Someone commented on my post here, asking for a picture further out. I am still really glad I did this. I don't look like I'm 25 but Dr. Madnani really did take a lot of years off my face and his work is holding up beautifully.

looks lovely! May I ask how long the surgery took for all that?
April 15, 2023
It was about 4.5 hours, without general or IV anesthesia. I was given shots in my face to make it completely numb (that was the worst part but it was over fast) and was also given oral sedation (valium Ii think.) I was happy to do it that way because it makes recovery so much easier. I've had general for other surgeries and wanted to avoid it. I watched videos of him doing surgeries like mine on YouTube and that definitely reassured me. I do think it made my recovery easier.

Please, please do NOT scratch out your eyes. It ruins your overall look & we, the RealSelf community, cannot see the great result you have had & . any work you might have had done. Plus anyone who knows you, will recognize you no matter how large the black scratches are.

How long did it hurt for? I just got a deep plane FL and I’m a month out today and the nerve pain and numbness is driving me a little nuts!

I'm sorry! That does not sound fun at all. I wasn't in much pain after mine - I looked SCARY but it didn't actually hurt. Uncomfortable, yes, for the first 2 or 3 days but after that it was just feeling impatient waiting for all the swelling and bruising to subside. No nerve pain. Some numbness, which did feel a bit weird I guess, but it didn't really bother me much at all. Guess I was lucky.
I hope this time passes quickly so you can get to where you really enjoy your results. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.
