Dr. Difrancesco is very warm. She helped me when I was afraid to go under the knife. She let me know what to expect and her assistant was there to answer my emails or calls no matter when I sent them. I was filled with questions. Dr. D's (I call her that, because we are cool like that now. ) lol is very serious about aftercare and follow up appointments. Even though I feel fine, she still make sure that she see her patients every couple of weeks to ensure that everything is still healing perfectly. If you are in Georgia or in the United States of America, I promise that you will not find a better, more affordable plastic surgeon that who will give you perfect results.
