Tear troughs for the win!
I'm 46 y.o. and I've started to notice some changes to my face, slight drop to fat pads and slight hollowing under my eyes. I've had lip fillers in the past so I'm not new to fillers. Even though I've got hollows and fat pad droop my over all face is quite round so I have been concerned that fillers old make me look puffy. I went in for tear trough filler and it was amazing! I feel it has taken a few years off my look and I appear more refreshed. I will definitely be keeping this on the regular schedule of self maintenance. Should last up to a year which is great for filler. Make sure you find a reputable injector with plenty experience because skin under the eyes is thin and you don't want lumpy bumps of filler showing under your eyes.
