For those asking for photos here they are!
I hope these photos help more people decide to choose Dr. Apostolakis. No matter the distance his expertise is worth the expense. I have excluded the photos that included the swelling and healing I dealt with; depending on who you are you might swell alot or a little. I swelled up alot and lymphatic massages really helped to get the swelling down faster but my body naturally swells and it takes forever to get back down to normal.

My First and BEST Experience!

Dr. Apostolakis was very realistic; my tear troughs were the deepest he'd ever seen; everyone in my family has these troughs so its genetic just having a hollow under eye. He said point blank w/o a custom implant, the deepest implant would solve maybe 80-90% of my troughs but they'd still remain. This is exactly what I got but I am SO happy. The difference is noticeable but also I still look like a better version of myself. I researched for 4+ yrs on Dr. Apostolakis and I'm so glad I decided on him; he seemed to be the best and he IS the best; the tear trough implant expert.
I would also like to thank him for talking me out getting additional unnecessary implants; the tear trough implant has brought out my cheekbones, has made even my nose look better; it was the only thing I needed.

That's wonderful! I am glad you are happy with the results. Also I have been considering Dr. Apo for facial fillers for tear trough. Can you post a before and after photo. I would love to see the results of your recent procedure.

Also - did you travel to from DC for the surgery? Did you consider any local surgeons?

No chance in hell. Seems to me DMV is over priced and full of mediocre doctors.
Dr. Apostolakis was my early choice just by the sheer volume of tear trough implants he's done and how often he completes them.
