From the moment I walk through the door until my post op treatment, I felt like a queen. I love the ambiance, the staff is amazing, and Dr. Ronan is a true artist! I have already told several friends that this is the place!
The day of surgery was a breeze. I got there at 5:30 am for a 6 am surgery. The nurse was amazing and I didn’t feel a bit nervous. I was ready, although I had to reschedule a couple of times, so by the time it actually occurred I just wanted it over with.
She prepped me, and when she put the IV in my arm she started adding different medications, and the last thing I remembered was her say she was giving me something so I wouldn’t remember anything. I didn’t!! The next thing I remember is her waking me up and saying it was over! A new neck and chin, thinner thighs and love handles, belly and flanks....and larger breast! Wow! The Pearl laser was the hardest procedure to manage afterwards, and my ears hurt alot at the surgical sites and burned for about 8 days around the edges because of the swelling.
I stopped sleeping sitting up at about 1 week, as I was not getting much sleep. I did notice more swelling in the morning when I lied flat, but the sleep was so much deeper, that it was worth it. I bought a travel neck pillow and let my ear area fall into the hole and opened up the end, so it didn’t put any pressure on my head. It works great. I am at 12 days today, and ever since my post op on day 7 I have be going out to do short errands and walking on the flat trail by my house. Scarring is hidden by my hair at the ears, and my chin is easily covered with makeup.

Hi Vstern, glad you are healing well and feeling good! I am researching FT to breast outcomes so I am really interested to hear your thoughts on your results and maybe some pics if you are up to it! Happy continued healing! :)
