I've been paying so much attention to my abdominal region that I finally noticed my saddlebags are gone! I have a bit of sensitivity and pings (especially after the walk/ bike ride) . So I' m still trying to find out the balance of activity without overdoing it!

Hi, you look wonderful. Can you tell me if you experienced any pain at all the first few days? Did you stay at any recovery center? How long did you stay in Dallas? Was the flight back any problem? How long has it been now since you had your surgery? Thank you.
Hello! I just hit my 3 month PO date. It's almost like giving birth as far as remembering pain! You don't. The worst I felt was on PO day 2 which my doc warned me about! I took it easy and made sure i stayed on schedule with pain meds, i still made sure i got up and walked around...the flight back was very short, 55 min... No problems. I stayed very close to my docs office in a new, super clean, upscale hotel the days after surgery and had my friend, a nursing student stay with me. I am feeling wonderful the drainless truly is the way to go, I was up and around right away!

Ouch!

Walked an easy 2 miles. Then started bicycling a very easy 6 miles, maybe one or the other for the next few days!
