Feeling much better

$3,980
I should be doing more walking and more water but I feel much better. Less stuff and it's been easier for me to get in and out of bed and the car! I've been taking my waist trainer off at night because i feel like I'm suffocating but I need to wear it. It'll help my results tremendously

Get a adjustable trainer so you loosen it at night... look at me running my mouth and I haven't been through it yet lol
How is it going one month later? My procedure with Dr. Long is in August.
All my fat came back!
I’m feeling the same way!
Hi! I am scheduled with Dr. Long on 2/26. Do you know why your fat came back? Do you think it was still worth it?

The After Math

Im now 3 days post surgery and the pain is kicking my butt! I took a walk today and it helped a lot. Previously I'd been staying in bed and it was making me stiff. I'm really sore and swollen and my legs are also swollen. Being active helps. It's also very hard to wear the waist trainer on a full stomach so I had to take it off against doctors orders!

Omg. Keep it on!!!!!!!!! Dont risk your results. Post more pics.
Yea my fat came back to the same areas
DO NOT take off the compression garments. Especially in the 1st two weeks. Trust me, you do not want to develop a seroma. It's a long long long slow recovery so just tough it out if you want the result to be worth what you go through.
What is seroma?
It's a pocket of blood and fluid that develops in void space after the surgery, often when the area isn't kept compressed. I had a rather large one even though I wore the compression garments for 3 weeks longer than required. I needed to have the seroma drained with a syringe 9 times over 2 weeks. Now the area is semi-collapsed and will require revision.

I've wanted lipo for sometime now. I'm a slender girl with an athletic build but I had some excess fat around my waist and my love handles were always bothering me. I found Dr. Long after researching several doctors. I liked his price and his work and the fact that I didn't have to be put under general anesthesia!

Oh wow. Looks good. We are pretty much on the same boat. My lipo is 6/21 for the same areas w tumescent and local. I'm afraid alittlr bit of both local and general.
It was worth it. Tomorrow will mark 7 days and I have some soreness but I'm back to normal. The most uncomfortable part now is wearing the waist trainer. The sooner you get active the better. I have kids so I had to be. Walking and water!!
Looks awesome. Were you awake (local)?
Yes! That's what I felt most comfortable with. I'm sure I fell asleep though but it was painless during the procedure. I recommend it!
Yes
