Today I'am one week post op and I feel really really good! I'm not really all that sore and my stomach is super flat..I'm so pleased with my results. I'm 5'8" and when I went in for my consultation on Feb 9, I weighed 197 lbs and when I went in last week on the day of surgery I weighed 187!! He took 3 canisters of fat out so I do believe that I am smaller now as the swelling has subsided. Tomorrow I will go in for my follow up appt but hopefully I get better pics tomorrow and will upload for you all to see..

I'm coming in from out of town so you said they do a 3 day follow up and when else?
They also do a one week follow up as well and a day after surgery follow up.
How was your healing?

Post op Day 4
Today I woke up and I wasn't stiff as I have been the past few days, of course I'm still store but I feel great! I can get in and out of bed a lot easier and day by day I'm progressing at a quick rate, but I heal rather quickly though. I'm going in tomorrow for my day 5 post op as well as to be placed in a smaller waist trainer. I would definitely suggest an ab board for the lower abdomen..it should be a must and it's not painful to wear. I will update with photos tomorrow!

Where do you get an ab board and how do you use it?
You can purchase them off of amazon but my doctor gave me the ab board.
Did you get your butt done too? I'm going to Dr. Nathan on May 31st
