I had a deviated septum that obstructed my airway in my left nostril but also desired bridge work and tip sculpting. My cost may be different from others because it was an open rhinoplasty that involved septoplasty and bridge work.

First off, I just want to say Dr. Cochran had the best bed side manner I have ever experienced. I did extensive research after deciding to go through with my rhinoplasty/septoplasty and decided to go with Dr. C the minute after leaving the consultation. He took the time to answer all of my questions and even used software to show me what the results would look like. I am 2 weeks postop tomorrow and still very swollen but am beginning to see the shape of my new nose and am so very excited for time to fly by so I can see the final result. It just keeps getting better everyday. The best part of my experience was being able to hear the excitement in Dr. Cochran's voice as he walked into my room post op and told me how great the surgery went. That immediately provided me a comfort that no one else could at that time. I highly recommend him for anyone contemplating rhinoplasty. Remember you get what you pay for and since the nose is the center of your face I definitely recommend doing your research. Dr. Cochran is worth every penny and even though I know I won't have to (because I am COMPLETELY satisfied) I would go to him again in a heart beat. I will be starting a blog at my four month post op that will include weekly photos to show everyone the swelling/bruising process!
