I chose Dr. C. Spencer Cochran because of his abilities as a surgeon but also his gift as an artist. It has been 4 months after the sugary, and I could not be more happy with the results. I am very confident that Dr. Cochran was the right choice and strongly recommend him to future patients. The healing process is a year long, so I will post pictures 8 months from now to give an accurate representation of results.

Dr. Cochran is an all around perfectionist to say the least. He is able to understand and listen to peoples interests and suggestions in a charismatic way while still being a phenomenal surgeon as well as an artist. For years I wanted a nose that was symmetrical to my face and flowed with the rest of my facial features. Dr. Cochran was able to explain any questions I had, show 3D realistic results before surgery, and shockingly get those results after surgery.
