Alar Base Reduction - Dallas, TX

All I wanted was "a little off the sides",...
WORTH IT$4,000
All I wanted was "a little off the sides", because, I actually like my nose. The alar width and nostril flare is what bothered me though. One week after the quick 20 minute procedure under general anesthesia, I am very pleased with the results, even while there is still a tad bit of swelling.
Going "under" was the easiest part of the process. I basically woke up in a chair a bit wonky from the anesthesia and slept all day with my head elevated. However, 5 days before surgery, I had to start a routine of washing my face with Hibiclens and taking vitamin C tablets. The night prior to surgery I had to wash my hair with Hibliclens as well. My face definitely did not appreciate being taken off its morning/night routine. A few days after post op, it was also very difficult to suppress yawns and sneezes because I didn't want to disrupt the stitches along my nostrils.
While most people might not even notice a change, I can see the difference and I am very happy with how it turned out.
