26/F - SOO Happy W Dr Cochran!! - Dallas, TX

I had a rhinoplasty performed by Dr. Cochran in 2014. This came after a lot of research because I have wanted a rhinoplasty since I was 14 years old. I was wanting several things done- reshaping of the nose, straightening it out, making the nostrils smaller and symmetrical, removal of the hump and protruding bones on the side, and shortening/refining the bulbous tip. In my opinion, Dr Cochran has the best results when reshaping noses. I am about 5 weeks post op and extremely happy with the results. I am also amazed at how accurate the before and after 3-D imaging is. He is one of the few doctors in the country that solely focuses on rhinoplasty, so he performs more rhinoplasties in one week than many plastic surgeons perform in a whole year. I'm so happy that I went with him and got my nose done correctly the first time around. He and his staff are really great people and you can tell that they really care about their patients. I trust him 100% and I really think Dr. Cochran is the absolute best in Dallas, I've even had other prominent surgeons in Dallas say the same thing about him. I'm so thankful that I have such a perfect nose now!
